We currently deliver across South Africa. Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, businesses, and other valid physical delivery locations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days
  • Regional areas: 3–6 working days
  • Outlying areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery Fees

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order. Occasionally, promotional free delivery offers may apply to selected orders or order values.

Order Acceptance & Availability

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee availability. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and the item is available for dispatch. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Delivery Responsibility

Our responsibility is fulfilled once the order has been delivered to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

  • Awaiting Stock – Item is currently on backorder
